Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives and product launches.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive user-generated content and increase brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends, and recommend strategies to leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of beauty and cosmetics trends, with a passion for the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Familiarity with Jeffree Star Cosmetics and a genuine passion for the brand.
- US and International travel required as needed.
